8 slices bacon - chopped
8 oz cream cheese - softened
½ c real mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 ½ c Gruyere - shredded
3 scallions - chopped
garlic - minced
1 can artichokes - drained + chopped
½ c smoked almonds - coarsely chopped
Cooking Instructions
Pre-heated 400 oven
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Combine all ingredients except almonds. Transfer to a small + shallow casserole. Bake until golden + bubbly - 15-18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds.
Serve with veggies, crackers, bread.
