Spicy Velveeta Dip
Ingredients
1 lb [16 oz] VELVEETA diced into cubes
1 lb spicy Italian sausage, chorizo or pork sausage - cooked
1 onion - chopped + cooked with sausage
8 - 12 oz chunky salsa
1 jalapena - chopped
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Microwave on high till cheese melted. Stir after 3 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips
Garnish with: baby or grape tomatoes
