2 lbs fresh fruit - seedless grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese - softened
1 8 oz container sour cream
½ c sugar
1 t vanilla
½ c chopped pecans (can add more)
2 T brown sugar
Cooking Instructions
Wash + dry grapes. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar + vanilla in a large bowl. Add grapes + mix. Then sprinkle with brown sugar + pecans. Mix + refrigerate. Then yum on 'em.
A little zip: Mix in some honey. What about coconut? Mmmmm. A little lemon or lime zest
Serving Tips: Serve with strawberries sliced up + presented in a fan shape on the top of the fruit. Add a little mint for greenery. As served into bowls place a whole strawberry or 3 {always use uneven numbers of items for flair} with some mint.
Using grapes - place some small sprigs on top of the big fruit bowl. Then add 1 sprig plus mint leaves to each individual serving.
Add some pansies instead of the fruit since they're edible. Sprinkle with coconut. Thin lemon, lime or orange slices would be lovely too. Finish with a couple sprigs of mint.
